Yet another party in the making, and when we mean another party, we mean another astonishing process in the making; our target is giving the community hope of restoring Halloween in its best interest.

Bring your masks, wear your suits and dont forget your fluffy bunny tails because this is going to get messy!

Although we would like to give a moment of silence to those who were targeted and civilians that left this world to a better place... May their souls rest in peace.  And to those wounded and injured, keep holding on, we are here for you.     In this disturbing news, Gaia961 in collaboration with a group of intellectual organizers under the name of Embassy Central would like to present to you with a fund raiser to bring hope to the people of Lebanon.     Bringing Sexy Back to Halloween! And hope to the people of Beirut, Lebanon will be witnessed in the renowned Hotel of St. George, inside the construction site of the Hotel.

Of course, with the support of NRJ Radio station in Lebanon, we are expecting spectators to witness the change and the support to our beloved families in Achrafiyeh and Beirut as a whole.   The event will be occuring on Friday the 26th to raise awareness that after a week of the bombings, we are here to care. http://www.nrjlebanon.com/events/events_index.php.

Targeted people are estimated to be around 500 people, but surely their support won't let us down.   'The most provocative party to ever take place in the middle east' titled by the New York Times http://www.nytimes.com/2006/11/02/world/middleeast/02beirut.html.

Tawasal Global Initative

A brief summary on what this global initiative is, please take a minute to understand what our backbone is made of.

“Tawasal“ is an independent  initiative that  paves the way for the establishment of  a non-governmental-non-profit , non-sectarian organization.  It targets less- fortunate communities in the Arab States including  communities of refugees and Palestinian refugee camps.   Our  Pilot Project  Phase I:(2012-2013), is initiated at Ain Al- Hilweh Refugee Camp, Saida, Lebanon.  It focuses on the empowerment of youth communities through  knowledge, education, training and rehabilitation, in addition to its major focus on music and arts.
To date, and through  endless efforts of our  consultative and executive team, who networks with local & national NGOs, we have targeted youth at schools, universities, vocational training  centers and  youth community members, to share with you all, their success stories & provide them with opportunities for their further education, training and employment.
Young, enthusiastic, ambitious and highly disciplined women and men, have participated in several of our activities including, but not limited to: workshops on leadership, communication, social media, community service  and volunteering.  We are glad to announce that teams of youth are being established  now by TAWASAL to represent: skilled graphic designers, IT professionals, marketing officers, accountants, nurses, administrators, technicians, artists, musicians, young poets and authors, reporters and photographers.
On a parallel  level, Tawasal has been keen to technically support a young music  group "Al- Istiklal Group," who performs on national occasions,  and  who had lately  held a musical evening performance at  "Nahr Al- Bard  Refugee Camp" (northern Lebanon),  in a sign of solidarity with its residents.Tawasal shall be providing technical  expertise and support to a young theatre group, and a young artists’ group, in addition to a sports team,  all  with the aim of  enhancing the cultural environment and, incorporating arts& sports  as a means for alleviating human suffering and, creating a sound productive environment at refugee camps.

TAWASAL had  invited youth  graphic designers to  establish their   team and,  is  currently sponsoring  an exhibition for graphic designers’ production, with the aim of attracting  businesses to  request their  services.   The initiative had  also invited graphic designers, through a competition, to create TAWASAL logo,  we are glad to carry their own logo design as our "logo"  on board.

During Ramadan,  youth community collaboration & service was at its peak , as members  & youth friends of TAWASAL,  worked hand in hand with residents,  to  renovate and paint a neighborhood, under our youth – community  -sponsored project titled " HeikHaretnaAjmal." The project  served its purpose: it symbolized residents’ and youth readiness for  voluntary work,  community collaboration, unity and, the need  to affect a  healthy environment, a matter that is continuously lacking, due to the  absence of minimal services provided for camp  infrastructure  & relevant demanding human requirements.

" HeikHaretnaAjmal" project  invited Youth  camp artists, whose art  work was reflected  on the walls of the newly-painted neighborhood: beautiful drawings  decorated the neighborhood expressing  artists’  longing for the "homeland," and their  belief in a brighter future for all.

We are glad to announce that, soon enough, Tawasal will be preparing for a graphic design/ poster exhibition, a photography exhibition and, a young- artist exhibition, to be organized early 2013, through our three  youth- established teams.  In addition, a group of young poets and authors will  start producing their own literary pieces, reflecting  life  for a youngster at a  refugee camp.
Sponsored  by the  Initiative,  young authors will undergo training  on creative writing, their literary work will be  guided,  edited and published in a book that carries their names.  Young reporters too, will undergo  media training & participate in workshops  to enhance their skills, while other teams prepare for their work.
Towards Fall 2012, TAWASAL shall be announcing three  undergraduate university  grants, to enable  three   qualified camp  students   to attend  universities in the following disciplines:   dental laboratory, Information Technology and Marketing.

Additional activities shall be implemented during the last quarter of 2012  including: seminars and workshops addressing various arts & skills, topics on environment, water, renewable energy, quality in health care and quality in education.
We are hopeful that the services we provide to youth in these communities, will bring hope to hundreds of ambitious, successful youth, enhance their skills, share their expertise & successes, and, ultimately attract businesses & open employment opportunities for them, to enable them to assist their communities.

We are grateful to our  highly efficient and committed Consultative and Executive team at Ain- Al- Hilweh Refugee camp, for their endless efforts to  realize this Initiative: Asef Moussa, Abu Wael Kleab and Abed Marshoud.  We are also grateful to  our network of friends, NGOs and, youth community leaders for their support and endless work.

Your commitment to TAWASAL is highly appreciated.  We welcome your contribution to serve our communities & help them proceed to a better future by: sharing their success stories, or providing your expert support, rendering technical contribution, sponsoring an activity, or  providing  an educational  tuition fee, and above all, by welcoming them to business opportunities and thus, enabling young future leaders to contribute to the well- being of their societies.

Welcome!

Dear members, followers and readers,

I am writing this to you as I am one of you, a human being walking around the pavements and understanding the desires that a community would want to aware their thoughts and beliefs in whatever way possible, I am writing this not because I am a founder, nor because I have divine powers to sustain the market, but I am a Human Being walking, breathing and talking the same way as you are.

Think of life as an ongoing river, 'WE' build this ship and whoever hops among it should try to make it as stable as possible, to give out an astonishing journey where damage is minimal and outcome is breathtaking.   That's how I see businesses succeed; when team work is insufficient and multitasking is resilient.    We in Gaia961 try to help you understand how the market shifts and moves in a simpler version than getting a headache, where your product/service can be shown in whatever segment possible through marketing tools that are easy to view.

Our Vision is made through your awareness; they always say that the customer is always right, well we say not only that the customer is always right, but also that we learn from his mistakes; a family that grows its roots under the soils of a community to try to ease the message of the business/person in a trusting society. Heck! It's a long term relationship.

So I give to you my fellow supporters a brief welcome note to a new way of life.
For more information, you can find us on facebook at https://www.facebook.com/Gaia961?ref=hl

Thank You
Khaled Hajjar

Boats and Shores!

TAXSEA!
All Aboard!! The Captain was shouting at the sailors to lift the sails, release the Anchors and set sail towards the seas of Lebanon! Of course, we weren't followed by Dolphins, we were accompanied by JELLYFISH!! Thank God nobody was stung by them.

TAXSEA! was one of the most famous events that ever took place on boat, where 300 People gathered to witness a fire show on board, dancers on the poles of the boat and giveaways from our sponsors.  Thank you to those people who attended, it gave us an idea on what our occasion of summer must be dealt with.  Thanks to our local DJ's and International, DJ Jad Tarabay and DJ Jack Sleiman (aka The Godfather from Canada) behind decks of mixers and turntables to bring out the wildfire to the people.

Crème brûlée
Oh'12, The summer of 2012...

What a summer it was! And when we say summer, we mean UTOPIA! Our biggest appreciation goes to Utopia Beach Resort, Resort, Beirut Nightlife and Beiruting... A beach found in Da'mour next to Pangea and right in front of Janna Beach.

The Beach Resort is known for its beautiful pool and serene atmosphere, where a waterfall that an old man is pouring from above can give you a spark of calmness, and its chalets where people crash and enjoy the dawns and dusk's of its never ending waters.

Nevertheless, the point of this warm event, wasn't to make you feel cozy, but to endure the little devil inside of you.   It was hosted every Sunday, giving the people sweet coated Sundays of music and... well, you know the rest of the story.   It was a series of successful occasions that inspired people from different countries to join in and take a dip through cool music.   This event was launched for a month of Sundays to fill out its resort and surprise its visitors with showering cocktails and treats.   What a story of parties it was, and without Utopias crew, nothing would've past the starting line.

Titans Productions

Halloween 2011 launched a group of reformed organizers collaborated together to unite under a roof called Titans Productions; Established in 2011, a group of devoted people to bring to the Lebanese culture different varieties of social and cultural events.

Superheroes vs. Villains:
Its booming event was held under the title of Superheroes vs Villains, in a lounge on the 32nd floor in the Habtoor Hotel, it was supposed to be witnessing 800 spectators but 1200 people attended this devious event, remarks were spectacular and people thanked the management for their astonishing accomplishment.

Of course, with the photography of our professional photographer mr. Karanouh, well, here's a link for more details so you can witness it yourself.

I Luv RnB:
After Halloween's exciting outbreak, the Titans decided they can pull off a theme for the christmas month in the same venue they resorted to for Halloween, and it was epic! Every Thursday, a concept was made "I Luv RnB" where 1200 people attended the event throughout the month.

Bringing to you local and international DJ's to promote Hip-Hop, I Luv RnB is a concept brought to you directly from Britian, with every week a famous DJ making lebanon re-live every moment of giveaways and toasts.

AUBDC!

A lot of letters but we were as confused as you were, well it stands for AUB's Dorm Club Society; where this is a formation of the dorms around the American University in Lebanon and uniting them under this club where different occasional events and activities are hosted to make students closer to each other.   Thank you to their utmost trust in the organizers, the launching party was hosted in G Club, Beirut where it filled the club with 350 attendees, the club couldn't hold much more.

Naughty by Nature

As a new brand entering the entity of events, Gaia961 will enhance the everlasting flow of bloodstream in your body to grasp the attention of your nervous system!   With unique concepts and previous experiences to understand the market, here's a highlight on our previous experiences:

Naughty by Nature:

Naughty by Nature Management was found in 2010 where a group of Lebanese and Jordanian Students got together to launch a new aspect of parties to be thrown around Lebanon within its famous market, the Event industry.

For over a year of success, here's its previous events brought to you in a whiff of delights:

Nightshift!
https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.401001583829.176848.505488829&type=1&l=32d558954a

An epic night that withdrew the attention of 750 clubbers enjoying their time with everlasting expectations!

Witnessing one of the events, Local talents and DJ's rose to the stage to give the crowd a taste of the medicine they needed; Launched on May the 15th, the former management Naughty by Nature gave access to partygoers the essence of mixing house music, trance, hip/hop and underground music in one genre of exclusive treats!

World Cup 2010:

The World cup was right around the corner and we managed to host two places in Gemayze, Lebanon where a month of exquisite round of football events were taking part.  Gathering up to 1300 spectators to watch the football matches, the highlights and reviews to hold back set a good aspect in producing a good feedback on the Management.  Collaborating with the AUB Fashion Club, we decided we would entertain our guests by cheering with a winning party for all the fans out there in a party that hosts 1000 people but unfortunately circumstances weren't by our side.

Slaughterhouse!

Halloween, the most joyful time of the year (After Christmas) to bring back the spookiest and most trendiest outfits of all time; from Zombies and Superheroes to Lady Gaga and Villains, under the roof of the St. George Hotel, our expected number of attendees was approximately 800 people but it turned out to be a real Slaughterhouse! A crowd of over 1500 attendees gathered to be entertained to our remarkable concept but unfortunately only 1200 people went in.  In collaboration with RapUp (a renowned talented group of students) and with the management of Chocolate Club, Slaughterhouse rang the doorbells of every resident in Lebanon, to still be on the tongues of people to talk about.
